Kappahl's management team consists of CEO and another six members, four women and two men. The management team is responsible for the operating management of the company.
Elisabeth Peregi
President and CEO
Born 1971. Elisabeth Peregi is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Kappahl since April 2019. She is a graduate in business administration with an MBA degree from the University of Gothenburg. For nineteen years, she has worked in leading roles at Lindex, now most recently as head of Sweden and UK.
Peter Andersson
CFO
Born 1964. Peter Andersson is Chief Financial Officer since April 2018. He was also acting CEO between December 2018 and April 2019. He is a graduate in business administration with an MBA degree from the University of Gothenburg. He has previously worked for Lindex and ICA Handlarna, among others.
Claes Meldgaard
Vice President Kappahl Sales
Born 1970. Claes Meldgaard is Vice President Kappahl Sales since February 2021. Claes is a graduate from IHM Business School. He has previously worked in leading roles at Stayhard, Nilson Group, Team Sportia and Ica Non-Food, among others. Claes is a Board member of the Swedish Trade Federation Fashion Dep’t and Silva.
Caroline Ahlgren
Vice President Kappahl Assortment & Marketing
Born 1984. Caroline Ahlberg is Vice President Kappahl Assortment & Marketing since June 2023, and prior to that VP of the business unit Wo-Man since March 2020. Caroline is employed since 2010, with previous positions as Business Control Manager and Design and Purchasing Manager Accessories.
Anna Andihn
Vice President HR and Communications
Born 1976. Anna Andihn is Vice President HR and Communications since October 2017 and employed since 2011, then as HR manager Kappahl Sweden. Anna is a graduate in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Mid Sweden University. Anna has previously worked for Swedish Match and Radians Innova.
Sandra Roos
Vice President Sustainability
Sandra Roos is Vice President Sustainability since September 2021 and employed since 2020. Sandra has a master's degree in chemical engineering. She has a PhD in environmental systems analysis from Chalmers University of Technology. Sandra has previously worked for the research institute RISE.
Maria Walmu
Vice President Transformation & IT
Born 1978. Maria Walmu is Vice President Transformation & IT since June 2023 and before that Online Manager and E-commerce Manager since 2011. Maria is a graduate in business administration with an MBA degree from the Linnaeus University in Kalmar.
Thomas Kusoffsky
Vice President Newbie
Born 1972. Vice President Newbie since November 2023. Previously worked as CEO for Smarteyes and has held several leading positions within Axfood/Willys and Stadium. Thomas has a background in the advertising agency industry and is educated through various business schools.
